The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for daily use. The apartment does not have a private terrace but offers a French balcony, bringing natural light into the space.

A shared rooftop area is available in the building, where guests can find the washing machine, dryer, and clothesline. These facilities are for communal use and require payment, with a cost of €4 per wash or dry. The building also has a communal rooftop terrace.
