We would like to inform you that the apartment is brand new and is located in a three-story building in the old town area. The building DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. To access the apartment, you need to climb the stairs up to the third floor.

The apartment does not have beach towels.
Noisy parties and meetings are absolutely forbidden and under sanction from the competent authorities.
