It has all possible facilities (Air conditioning/Heating in the living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom, Wifi, Coffe machine Dolce Gusto, TV, etc).
The building has an elevator, but the accommodation is located on a ground floor, which makes it very easy to access.
It is a very quiet apartment, located in one of the best areas of Malaga a few steps from the beach of La Malagueta and in 5min walk to the center of Malaga, which will allow you to enjoy the city center but at the same time be away from the saturation and noise.

We would like to inform you that the apartment is equipped with sheets and towels. One towel per person. If you need more sheets or towels during your stay, there will be an additional cost of 35€

The property does not provide cleaning products for the stay.
We also have a baby kit consisting of a travel cot, mattress, sheets, towel and high chair on request at the time of booking.
The apartment does not have beach towels.
Noisy parties and meetings are absolutely forbidden and under sanction from the competent authorities.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Malaga surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, hairdresser, Mercadona right in front and a huge promenade that borders the entire bay of the capital with countless chiringuitos with fresh local food.
From the promenade you can walk towards Pedregalejo, the old fishing district of Malaga and towards the port and city center with all the tourist attractions at hand: Plaza de Toros, Alcazaba and Gibralfaro, Pompidou Museum,...
It is also very well connected with public transport, in 2 min from the bus stop, in 15min from the Muelle Heredia and in 20min from the AVE station Maria Zambrano
Walking or renting an electric scooter/bike is the best way since everything is close to the apartment and so you can easily see all corners of the city and enjoy a pleasant walk, however it also has a bus stop at 2min that will take you to the center where buses leave to any part of the city, 15min from Muelle Heredia with all intercity buses that will allow you to visit the jewels of Malaga province like Ronda, Frigiliana, Nerja... and 20min from Maria Zambrano train station with destinations throughout Spain.
