Additionally, there is another independent bathroom conveniently located next to the main bedroom. This apartment comes with all the modern amenities you could need, including an elevator, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The property does not provide cleaning products for the stay.
We also have a baby kit consisting of a travel cot, mattress, sheets, towel and high chair on request at the time of booking.
The apartment does not have beach towels.
Noisy parties and meetings are absolutely forbidden and under sanction from the competent authorities.

Walking is the best way, since all the tourist attractions are a few meters.
Another very comfortable and actual option is to rent an electric scooter or a bicycle, in addition the entire city is full of rental points that are available 24h.
However, if you need to go further, in the city center you can find urban buses that will take you to any side of the city, just 1min from the apartment there are bus stops and in 15min on foot there´s the Maria Zambrano train station.
And if you decide to come with your own car or rent one we have a private parking space in garage with an additional cost, so you will not have to worry at any time where to leave the car.
